Depositing specimens

Please follow this link to download an Excel spreadsheet that you can give to the Herbarium along with your pressed specimens. The spreadsheet has two tabs: The first tab, "Enter data here", has three example rows that should be deleted before submission. The second tab, "Field explanation" is an index that explains what the column headers mean. The third column here explains which fields should be ended by periods or other punctuation. Please try to be consistent with capitalization and punctuation!
